  Great service. Had to wait for an fresh batch of chicken teriyaki, so they gave us free drinks. Small gesture, much appreciated.

  I used to come to Panda at least once or twice a week, but then a few weeks ago I came in with my receipt for the free entree. The bad part was part of it had ripped off, so you couldn't see the code on the back very well... I thought this would be fine since I come here often, but when I finally got to the register the guy saw that the code wasn't all there so he said he couldn't honor it and said I would have to pay... I didn't want to make a scene but I was a bit shocked since 1) I come here very often 2) there was the tips of the code where you could see it had ripped off the completed part 3) it was going to be a dollar basically the disagreement was over... he then tried to have me pay for the entree I said no thanks and he went and dumped out the food! Wow I have not gone back since, and do not think I will be going back to any panda. That left a horrible taste in my mouth about the franchise and over 1 dollar.... over 1 dollar they have lost out on a steady 15-20 dollars a week. good job!
