  Chicken nuggets very hot, good thing. Fries not salty. Big Mac cold. Walls dirty and wallpaper starting to come apart from wall. No ketchup cups for ketchup. Tables with food particles. The moment you open the door to get inside, all wet with puddles, everywhere. Even inside bathroom. Wet signs were up and out, so what. Too much water on the floor. Employees need to be conscious of their fast food place and their customers. Employees should not just acknowledge when a customer walks in the door but if they should have any other quests while eating inside.

  25 minutes to get my to go order. Then when I get home I find that they put the Big Mac meat on the Grand Mac. I call the store to tell them their error and was hung up on. Horrible service.

  This place is run by incompetent individuals. Cant take an order, cant ring up the order correctly, and supervisor is young and inexperienced and could care less. I will never spend a penny there again. I plan to contact corporate because this was the worst experience I've had. Customer service must not be taught to younger individuals anymore.
