  Horrible service! Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes from ordering at the menu, then they tried to park me. I had 2 hamburgers and a large fry. I told them I was not going to park as I had already waited 20 minutes. I told them I wanted my money back and rather than trying to make it right, they gave me my money and slammed the window in my face. I'm not sure if they are aware, but customers pay Their paychecks. Without customers, they don't get paid!

  I realize that when you go to McDonald's you aren't expecting a great experience. This establishment however, falls even below the average tier. I thought the reviews here were being harsh when the talked about service but after I went and stood in line for fifteen minutes while the employees looked at me, I realized that the negative stigma this place has is not far from the truth. Their machine to dispense drinking water was broken so you couldn't even drink anything unless you paid for a soft drink, lemonade, etc.
