  Stayed at the hotel for a week for work, Brazos was very solid. Had breakfast here a few mornings and sat at the bar at night. The dinner selection was very impressive too. Really great and friendly staff too, they let us stay out on the back patio super late all week. Had a great time.

  Great atmosphere. Wonderful servers and menu unique to Texas. Love it. Love the menu and the use of avocados is amazing.

  We made a reservation for thanksgiving lunch. When we showed up we were seated immediately and asked if we wanted to order their Thanksgiving buffet. While we were thinking about it, they said that they had no other options available. We said we were okay with the buffet and the waiter asked for our salad order. We had to wait approximately fifteen minutes for our salad and the buffet plates were handed to us after our salads arrived. The house salad and Caesar salads were both pretty tasty. The Thanksgiving buffet was mediocre. There was no gravy and the mac and cheese which was labeled as Mac and Cheese with Truffle Oil had no truffle flavor or real cheese flavor. The only dishes that were tasty were mashed potatoes and cornbread stuffing. We had to ask for butter, and a second plate. There were also no tongs on the bread basket at the buffet. Overall, I would not have been that disappointed if the entire buffet cost for two was not approaching $100 with tax and 15% tip. The price was DEFINITELY not proportional to the quality of food served. I understand it was Thanksgiving but the mac and cheese was sad.
