  This is a response to Robert Iversen from Alex Ward, the manager at this location:
  
  Hi Robert! I'm sorry I missed to opportunity to clarify what happened with you - you left before I could explain. I was offering the lady in line the chance to try our managers special - the 2-for-$6 regular pretzel dog deal. You came up and asked me how much the regular pretzel nuggets were - I told you they were $3.99. Because I was still helping the lady finish her transaction, I didn't get the chance to respond quickly enough when you seemed offended by this. I tried to stop you as you were leaving to clarify what happened, but you seemed to be in a hurry.
  
  I'd love to have you give us another shot - our 2-for-$6 regular pretzel dog deal is always available.
