I used to serve as well and never thought I would write a bad review but I feel this is a must. I'm writing this as I am dining in. The reason I don't call for a manager is because SHE is encouraging their behavior. I have videoed over 15 minutes altogether after only being here less than an hour them standing in a circle talking and laughing and cursing in hearing distance. Our server after asking me what my order was multiple times still forgot as well aa got it completely wrong all together for over ten minutes. Asked him for another drink completely forgot and videoed him talk to the others laughing until he came back to check on us and I had to re ask. I came here to relax eat after a long day working and enjoy good service. This is so disappointing. After passing us multiple times ignoring my sir I am sure I will NEVER come back here again as well as let all my friends know what horrible service and professionalism they have. Sending corporate the videos I sustained.
Now edited they tried to charge me for things I didn't order then tried to say he knew setting was wrong. If you knew why didn't you double check....March 08, 2017
